Habitat

Arboreal. Humid lowland and hill tropical forest, 0 – 700 m. Southern Thailand peninsula. Cryptic colouration allows close approach by prey.

Wild Diet

Lizards, frogs & small mammals. Highly cryptic — coils motionlessly in vegetation.

Pre-killed mice or frogs. Juveniles every 7 days; adults every 10 – 14 days.

26 – 30 °C ambient — 24 °C cool end

70 – 85 %. Daily misting.
