Rough-scaled Pit Viper For Sale

Trimeresurus ciliaris

Aptly named, the Rough-scaled Pit Viper (Trimeresurus ciliaris) wears strongly keeled, raised scales that give it a wonderfully textured appearance. A semi-arboreal nocturnal ambush hunter of northeastern Thai foothill forests, it carries hemotoxic venom and stays defensively alert. Allow a long acclimation period; this is a species for committed advanced keepers.
