Mock Viper For Sale

Psammodynastes pulverulentus

The Mock Viper (Psammodynastes pulverulentus) is a small, semi-arboreal snake that is a master of bluff: when threatened it coils and flattens its body to convincingly impersonate a true viper, despite being only mildly rear-fanged and harmless. A low-perch ambush hunter of lizards and frogs, it is a fascinating, manageable species for keepers.
