Mock Viper For Sale

Psammodynastes pulverulentus

The Mock Viper (Psammodynastes pulverulentus) is a small, semi-arboreal snake celebrated for its convincing impersonation of a true viper, flattening its body and adopting a menacing posture when alarmed despite being only mildly rear-fanged and harmless. A low-perch ambusher of lizards and frogs, its theatrical defensive display makes it a fascinating, manageable keeper's species.
